Packaging for the 'Cores' Line
Designer: Margarete T. Takeda and Akira Otani
Member of: ADG - Brazil
Packaging for O Boticario's cosmetics line 'Cores,' reformulated to target a younger generation of consumers between 13 and 20 years of age. The logo was created to reflect a modern product with personality. From the distinctive and colourful letter 'O' to the 'brushstroke' lettering emulating the act of maquillage, the logo is easy to identify. The cartridges are in the shape of a lozenge, and cartridges of the same product have a specific colour. When all the products are seen as a whole, they appear joyful, colourful and always good-natured. The silver hot stamping on the packaging adds a touch of sophistication.
